Once you purchase the glasses, the software is free for 30 days and then must be purchased for $9.99/mo/user. We recommend one account per user as each user’s device preferences are different.

Yes the glasses are one size fits all with adjustable nosepieces. They come with headbands as well.
If you have vision insurance, we’re happy to provide you with an itemized receipt that you can send to your provider with your reimbursement form. Once you’ve purchased, email us at support@thirdeyegen.com or call us at 1-(844) 973-7339 to request an itemized receipt from your order. You’ll then need to fill out the appropriate insurance claim form and mail the form along with your itemized receipt directly to your provider. AssistEye was created for people with vision impairement by retinal diseases specifically macular degeneration. It is best to contact your ophthalmologist or low vision optometrist to see if this is a suitable solution.
